Lynette has been a nurse for 25 years in 2022! After taking care of children and their families in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Alberta Children’s Hospital for 18 years, she wanted to expand her practice. She received a Master of Nursing from the University of Toronto in 2014, specializing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and went on to receive a post-Masters Nurse Practitioner specialty in Family Medicine in 2019 from Athabasca University. At that time, she began incorporating medical aesthetics services into her family practice, training with Canadian and International experts in the field. Since 2020, Lynette has served as an Advanced Medical Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner full-time. She recognizes the importance of medical aesthetics in providing holistic care for both women and men that not only addresses medical and mental health issues but also tackles the aging process we all experience. Lynette’s approach to treatment is simple: augment the natural beauty in each of us with detailed, customized plans that not only ‘erase those frown lines’, but restore, rejuvenate and revitalize one’s external and internal look.
The biggest issue in my life is schedule…. Since I have started going to Flirt for the Evoke Facial Tightening treatments, the staff have been so accommodating, helpful, and kind with my last minute changes. Because of that I was able to stay committed to the treatment and have seen great results. The atmosphere in the salon is very fresh and positive. All the staff are really knowledgeable and supportive of your beauty goals while being conscious of your budget. It’s nice to get honest assessment and not to be pressured into things you don’t need. After following Flirt on Instagram for some time, I made myself an appointment to have my eyebrows done (shape & henna brow). Lizzy was sweet and performs her services exceptionally well. I am thrilled with my results. Flirt is a beautiful place, very welcoming and their retail space is enticing. It feels like an upscale little shop and I couldn't help but feel happy as soon as I opened the door. I'll definitely be a regular here. I cannot recommend Flirt Cosmetics enough! The salon is inclusive and the staff are friendly and professional. I’ve had both a hydra facial and the first “pits and bits” laser hair removal. I’ll be honest, I was a bit intimidated and apprehensive walking into my apt. Taylor was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable over the entirety of my laser apt, she described the process in full explaining each step as they came. I was surprised with how quick the procedure was and how little pain was felt. I can’t wait to give feedback after a few more sessions.
